PERFECT HARD BOILED EGGS

PERFECT HARD BOILED EGGS

 eggs
water

Place eggs into a large stock pot.
 Cover with 2 to 3 inches of cold water.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling set a timer for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, turn the off heat. Do not drain water.
Set timer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes drain water.
Then fill pot with cold water. This may have to be done
 more than once to keep water cold, depending on the
size of you pot. Set timer for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes crack shells on the sides and roll.
Peel eggs under lightly running water.
The shells will pop right off.
Wa La perfect hard boiled eggs!
