CALIFORNIA GREEK SALAD

1 firm but ripe avocado, cut into 1/2" pieces
6 Persian or 2 English cucumbers, peeled and diced into 1/4" pieces
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup red onion , minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, diced into 1/4" pieces
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. Greek Seasoning (all major grocery stores carry this)

Mix all ingredients. Taste, add a pinch of salt if needed.
