SALTED CARMEL SAUCE

4 TBS. butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 TBS. vanilla

Mix butter, brown sugar, cream and salt in
a sauce pan. Over medium heat, whisk
carmel sauce for 7 to 10 minutes.
Until thick and smooth. Remove from heat
add vanilla. Pour sauce into jar and store in fridge.
